Every Bimini structure is fabricated from 316 stainless steel tube, with load-tested fixing points and internal backing plates to ensure reliability in exposed marine environments. Frames are designed for maximum strength while maintaining access to winches, pit, companionways and living areas. .
Integrated Solar Panel Support
We design our structures to accommodate flexible solar panels—typically high-efficiency brands such as Solbian. Zip-on canvas pockets provide clean panel integration and added protection to all cabling.
Marine-Grade Canvas & Stitching
Canvas components are crafted from premium marine yacht acrylic fabrics such as Sunbrella, secured with heavy-duty zippers and sewn using UV-stable Tenara thread. These materials are chosen for durability, clean aesthetics, and ease of maintenance. The canvas can be removed when not in use or stored for extended periods.
Custom Fit & Function
